Connecticut bill attempts to redefine episcopal system

A bill introduced in the Connecticut General Assembly attempts to take power over parishes away from bishops and put it into the hands of an elected group of trustees. The backlash has been huge and there is a protest meeting organized for March 11.

California Prop 8 supporters still under attack!

The owners of Leatherby's Family Creamery, an ice cream shop in California, donated thousands of dollars to support Proposition 8, which prohibited gay marriage in California. Recently they have faced picketing, harassment, threats, and other ugly results from extreme members of the pro-gay-rights community.
